Pahapill and Kazmirek lead the way in Tallinn

Estonia's Mikk Pahapill here competing at the 2013 European Cup Combined Events Super League in Tallinn.

Mikk Pahapill and Kai Kazmirek are set to be the dominant forces in the Indoor Combined Events Meeting in Tallinn on Friday and Saturday 6-7 February, a European Athletics Indoor Permit Meeting which is accessible via live streaming and have live results.

Estonian Pahapill, who will be looking for a home victory, won the heptathlon at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Turin in 2009, while Kazmirek, of Germany, is European Athletics under-23 decathlon champion from Tampere in 2013.

This European Athletics Indoor Permit meeting gives them both the chance to sharpen their heptathlon preparations for the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Prague which is just a month away.

Pahapill, 31, and Kazmirek, 23, head a men's field of 26 for the two-day event which also includes Ukraine's Vasyl Ivanytskyi and Mathias Bruger, of Germany.

The women's pentathlon has 12 athletes bidding for glory, with Polish pair Magdalena Sochon and Agnieszka Borowska and Norway's Ida Marcussen among the favourites.
