The 2019 European Athletics Outdoor Permit Meeting schedule has been finalised and can be viewed in full here.
In total, there are 35 events on the calendar across the three categories: Premium, Classic and Special Premium. The first event in the series is the famous Josef Odlozil Memorial in Prague which takes place for the 26th time on 3 June.
The Josef Odlozil Memorial is always a high quality meeting and last year’s event was highlighted by Jakub Vadlejch reaching out to 89.02m to win the javelin on home soil and Ryan Crouser winning the shot put with 22.31m.
The Meeting Madrid has been rewarded Premium status this year and takes place on 6 July, the first of four meetings with Premium level status alongside Lucerne (9 July), Rovereto (27 August) and Rieti (8 September).
With the IAAF World Championships in Doha taking place in late September and early October, the European Athletics Outdoor Permit Meeting schedule runs all the way through until Kamila Skolimowska Memorial Meeting in Chorzow on 14 September.
