Former Olympic and European indoor champion Stefan Holm will be among the top speakers at the European Jumping Conference in Malmö, Sweden.

Former Olympic and European indoor champion Stefan Holm and his father and lifetime coach Johnny Holm will be the keynote speakers at the first-ever European Jumping Conference in Malmö, Sweden, 13-15 November.

The conference has attracted more than 100 coaches and athletes from 22 countries.

The program will include a mixture of lectures and practical demonstrations covering subjects based on the jumping events: High Jump, Long Jump and Triple Jump, in addition to a special section about hamstring injuries.

In addition to the Holms, Carl Askling from Sweden, winner of the 2008 European Athletics Innovation Award, will speak at the conference.

Other speakers include Yannick Tregaro from Sweden, Aston Moore and Fuzz Ahmed from Great Britain and Joachim Schulz from Germany.

The conference is the third of four conferences in the 2009 European Athletics Coaching Summit Series.
