The recruitment process for volunteers for the European Athletics
Championship in Barcelona 2010 commenced this week.The LOC of the biggest
event of the four year cycle of European Athletics is seeking enthusiastic
volunteers to assist the organising team in various roles.

Result booklet now available

There are a number of complete results booklets left in the offices of the LOC in Gothenburg.
European Athletics Championships Anti-Doping Programme: no positive cases

The European Athletic Association has received the results of the 364 anti-doping
controls carried out in Gothenburg and can confirm
that there were no positive cases.
Only seven persons correctly predicted the five winning athletes and
the overall winner of the prediction competition was the person who was
the closest to the winning marks.
