Final entries for the Berlin 2018 European Athletics Championships from 7-12 August are available to view in pdf format here.
According to the final entries, 1572 athletes (828 men, 744 women) representing 49 Member Federations have been declared for the championships. There will also be 30 Authorised Neutral Athletes competing as well as one competitor from the Athlete Refugee Team.
The best attended events on the programme are the two marathons. 73 athletes representing 26 nations will be competing in the men’s marathon while 59 athletes from 20 nations will be contesting the women’s event.
The oldest entrant is 50km race walker Jesus Angel Garcia (48y, 287d) from Spain who is competing in his seventh successive European Championships. The youngest entrant is world U20 triple jump champion Aleksandra Nacheva at 16y and 345d.
