In our first episode, we caught up with Bulgaria's Ivet Lalova-Collio live from Sofia before linking up with Emmanouil Karalis from Greece in Athens last week.
Spanovic is one of the most bemedalled long jumpers of the last decade, winning medals at nine successive major competitions between the 2013 World Championships in Moscow and 2017 European Indoor Championships in Belgrade where she won gold on home soil with a lifetime best of 7.24m to move to third on the world indoor all-time list.
Spanovic won her first global title at the 2018 World Indoor Championships in Birmingham before defending her European indoor title the following season in Glasgow, becoming the first athlete to achieve a hat-trick of titles in the long jump since Heike Drechsler.
