The youngest ever athlete to win the world decathlon title Niklas Kaul from Germany will be our fifth #AtHomeWith guest on Instagram Live at 4.00pm CEST (3.00pm BST, 5.00pm EST) on Friday.
The #AtHomeWith series is presented by Great Britain’s 2016 European long jump silver medallist Jazmin Sawyers who speaks extensively each week to some of the most successful and recognisable athletes across the continent.
Joining us live from Saulheim tomorrow afternoon will be Niklas Kaul who became the youngest ever world decathlon champion in Doha last October, winning gold at the age of 21 with a European U23 record of 8691 points.
Kaul will talk about his path to the world title in Doha, how life has changed since then as well as answering questions submitted by fans on social media.
