Our sixth and seventh guests on our #AtHomeWith series on Instagram Live which is presented by Jazmin Sawyers will be Lisanne and Laura de Witte at 6.00pm CEST (5.00pm BST) on Friday (22).
As well as featuring on countless Dutch 4x400m relay teams in recent seasons, both sisters have won significant individual medals at the European Championships as well. Lisanne is the reigning European indoor and outdoor 400m bronze medallist and Laura won a bronze medal in the 400m at the Bydgoszcz 2017 European Athletics U23 Championships.
Lisanne and Laura helped the Netherlands to a national record of 3:26.98 at the 2016 Olympics Games and they also reached the 4x400m final on home soil at the European Championships in Amsterdam. Not only will they be sharing their experiences of what it has been like to compete against and with each other, Lisanne and Laura will be answering questions which have been submitted by fans as well.
