Lasitskene will face a line-up including last year's winner Yuliya Levchenko from Ukraine, the silver medallist behind Lasitskene at both the IAAF World Championships in London two years ago and at the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow.
Lasitskene and Levchenko were two of the three jumpers to surpass the two metre barrier indoors in 2019. Lasitskene cleared 2.04m on home soil in Moscow while Levchenko cleared an indoor lifetime best of 2.00m in Eaubonne.
Another member of the two-metre club to be confirmed for Tubingen is multiple German champion Marie-Laurence Jungfleisch. Jungfleisch cleared 2.00m in both 2016 and 2017 before winning a bronze medal behind Lasitskene at the Berlin 2018 European Athletics Championships last August.
