The organisation and content of the European Athletics Congress in Skopje and Convention in Tallinn were among the main topics for discussion at the European Athletics Reflection Commission meeting in Prague at the weekend.
The Reflection Commission, led by European Athletics Vice-President Karel Pilný, reflected on athletics-related activities in the year 2013 and then made observations and recommendations that will assist European Athletics in the future.
All members of the commission were invited to attend the Prague Half Marathon that also took place on Saturday in the city centre with an outstanding 12,500 participants.
The Reflection Commission consists of Vice-President Pilný (CZE), Jack Cohen (ISR), Panagiotis Dimakos (GRE), Robert Emmiyan (ARM), Sinisa Ergotic (CRO), Thordis Gisladottir (ISL), Kjetil Hildeskor (NOR), Anna Kirnova (SVK), Frank Kowalski (GER), Nastasia Marynina (BLR), Martin Roald-Arboel (DEN), Janusz Rozum (POL), Marco Sicari (ITA), Raymond Sommer (LUX) and Guntis Zalitis (LAT).
