Germany's Andreas Hofmann and Great Britain's Dina Asher-Smith have been voted male and female European Athletes of the Month for June.
Hofmann enjoyed an excellent run of form throughout the month, most notably winning in Offenburg at the start of the month in a lifetime best of 92.06m to move to eighth on the world all-time javelin lists. He concluded his month with another domestic victory in Jena where he defeated Olympic champion Thomas Rohler, 88.48m to 85.17m.
Hofmann won the vote which took place across Facebook and Twitter ahead of Türkiye's Ramil Guliyev, Authorised Neutral Athlete Sergey Shubenkov and Poles Wojciech Nowicki and Michal Haratyk.

In the women's voting, Dina Asher-Smith was crowed female Athlete of the Month. The European 200m champion has been in excellent form in the 100m, lowering her British record to 10.92 in Oslo before winning in Stockholm in 10.93 and then the British Championships in 10.97.
Asher-Smith won the vote ahead of Greece's Ekaterini Stefanidi, Authorised Neutral Athlete Mariya Lasitskene, fellow Brit Laura Muir and Belarus' Alina Talay.
