With the European Athletics Championships in Zurich 2014 fast approaching, here is an updated reference list of qualification procedures for the championships found under 'Related Links'.
The results have been taken into account since January 2013 and athletes will have until 3 August 2014 to set the qualifying standards.
Although several athletes from a single nation might have achieved the qualification standards, a maximum of three athletes will be able to represent their country in each event.
In some cases the Member Federations may decide to organise selections during their own National Championships which will be held for the most part during the month of July and a few weeks prior to the European Athletics Championships.
