Eleven International Broadcasters from across the continent will be televising the Samokov 2014 SPAR European Cross Country Championships this weekend.

National Broadcasters in Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom plan to show more than 27 hours of live or delayed coverage of the championships’ 21st edition.

European Athletics will also stream live on the www.european-athletics.org homepage the SPAR European Cross Country Championships on 14 December with English-language commentary. Athletics fans around the world will be able to watch the championships live in their entirety. The live streaming platform is provided in partnership with European Athletics' principal sponsor SPAR.

Fans will also be able to instantly rewind the action and watch video on demand of an event just a few minutes after it has finished if they go to the http://www.eurovisionsports.tv/ea/index.html platform.

Fans will be able to follow all the latest news and opinions on the championships through a feature that lets them follow the @Euro_Cross and @EuroAthletics Twitter feeds.

During Samokov 2014, fans can also keep track of the action through the Live Blog on the homepage of www.european-athletics.org. Minute-by-minute reports, tweets, photos, athlete interview videos will be posted here as the action unfolds.

This article was amended on Friday 12 December with 11 and not 10 International Broadcasters now set to broadcast the event, with the addition of Italy as a territory broadcasting.
