Media accreditation is now open for The Match: Europe v USA in Minsk, Belarus on 9-10 September.
Written press and photographers are invited to apply for accreditation by following this link. Non-rights holders are invited to apply via this link.
Due to local security measures, please note that media representatives are asked to provide the following mandatory personal information: first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, maiden name, and home address.
The accreditation deadline with accommodation is 28 August and the accreditation deadline without accommodation is 30 August.
Accommodation
The official media hotel is the Hotel Minsk, a four star hotel, which is situated in the centre of Minsk.
Transfers will be provided to and from Minsk National Airport provided your arrival and departure details are inserted into ARENA at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.

The Local Organising Committee is in charge of accommodation for this event. The accommodation request will be processed after registration approval and an email will follow to confirm the status of your request.
Payment policy
Once the accommodation deadline is passed, you will receive an e-mail with your accommodation invoice and details on how to proceed with your payment.
Cancellation policy
• For any cancellation made until 28 August 2019, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• For any cancellation made from 29 August 2019, 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, unless the room is resold.

Visa information and entry requirements
Entry into Belarus at the time of The Match is regulated by the Order of the President of the Republic of Belarus as follows:
• Accredited participants of The Match (including accredited members of the media) can enjoy temporary stay, visa-free entry into and exit from Belarus at all border points (air and road) - except the Russian Federation border - from 1 September to 15 September 2019.
• For temporary stay on the territory of Belarus, accredited participants must present a valid document for travel abroad and health insurance for at least EUR 10,000 valid in Belarus.
NOTE: If you are travelling by train or car through Russia, or if you have a connecting flight in Russia, you must have a Russian and Belarusian Visa.
