The organisers of the Glasgow 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships have started their recruitment process for volunteers and prospective applicants can apply here.
Over 400 volunteers are needed before, during and after the championships to support a wide range of roles across all aspects of the event.
Volunteers will be required from 23 February until 4 March 2019, although some roles will require availability beyond this period.
If confirmed in a role, a personal roster will be created to confirm the exact dates and times you are required.

Volunteers will receive a volunteer uniform to wear with pride and will be provided with a cold meal while on shift. However, travel costs will not be covered so volunteers must be able to make their own way to their shifts.
The deadline to apply to become a volunteer is 3 December. Applicants will be notified from January onwards and volunteer training takes place in February.
