Reporting to the CEO, Sylvain is the Head of Finances & HR. He is responsible to oversee all the financial aspects within European Athletics and for the Human Resources management within this organisation. His tasks in Finances include the general management of the Finances Department and support to other Departments on the financial matters, the Financial Planning and Budget with the respective reporting to the CEO, EXBO and Council. Sylvain is also responsible for the audits preparations and for overseeing of all accounting, payments and taxes control.
His tasks in Human Resources include the liaison with the payroll service provider, insurance companies, and different authorities. Sylvain is also responsible for the administration of the absences and holidays system, Support to the staff recruitment processes and on HR matters queries.
